Pros
CEO is just a designation, I would rather say a general SHOPKEEPER is much better than him. Fake promises to the employees at the time of joining, later on Signing of NDA is there which come into the picture all of a sudden and now you are left with no option because you have left your previous job. That NDA says you cannot work in their customers. Where will you work if there customers are all in the NCR and that too all majorly into their vertical. Then he also does cheap politics, which will force you to resign this company. This company is just one one-man show. Trust me you will regret your life after joining this organisation even if you work for few months. Imagine the kind of life and culture !
