Pros
It is a small company trying to grab the opportunity in the field of clinical research. However, I do not see any pros with this company. I would suggest job seekers to look for other companies and avoid it at all cost.
Cons
The office culture is broken here. The management is rude and do not respect their employees at all. The main problem is that they give impression that they are always suspecting wrong things about their employees. This creates stress and lack of motivation to continue working. Another thing is that they can easily break their promise they made to their employees. You can not depend upon their words at all. If you decide to join them you should not depend upon their words. There is no opportunity of development there. There are virtually no training or support at all, and leadership does not care about it.
