Pros
The only pro is that I have left this place. One star only as 0 cannot be given.
Cons
Probably the most toxic environment in the country, I would rather not admit in my CV that I have worked here. Severe ethical problems! Rotten from the scratch. The list of issues is so long, that I only can mention a few here: They do not keep the regulations (e.g. my co-worker has worked without an employment contract for month, no social security arrangements on time in case of non-Hungarians, like me..etc.) No promises are kept, management lies on daily basis. Absolutely incompetent management - both personally and professionally. Higher management is not aware of the local regulations, law, habbits, etc. They follow the practices of the original country of the company that simply do not work in Europe. Clients' complaints frequently happen. My application has been handled by email at that time -I applied through a group HR email, without any GDPR compliance or any statement how my data are handled. Every new employee is contacted from the original country when making an offer, and the documentation process is a joke. I did not have an entrance badge for 3 weeks. No PC either. And this happened with others as well. Company does not pay the bills - we did not have coffee and water from the vending machince for long as the bills were not settled. (this was not a secret, they even did not hide this information). This happens with other suppliers as well. (this info was also public, my team leader told this to our team) For customer service agents: no structured training, trainers do not arrive on time, no training schedule. One of my colleagues has simply been dismissed since his position was taken over by a team leader, without any information or discussion. He is considering taking this issue to court. HR is rude, arrogant and not caring for employees' problems. No support at all from them. What they do is organizing social events instead of improving the employer branding or internal athmosphere. A lot of colleagues stopped referring new candidates, as the referral fee is ridiculously low and what is worse: they do not pay for it. Company always lies that it will be paid, but this simply does not happen. There is 'fruit day' once per week - colleagues just appear and take as much as they want - if you arrive late, you will not get any. Noone controls this. Very few positive comments can be read here - they ALL come from one specific team, where the situation is slightly better. All the rest represents the status of a criminal organization.
