1. I found good friends 2. I spent some good time there without project(Actually this is also a part of cons)
Cons
1. Promotion happens only if you are in good books of managers and not because of professional skills. 2. Lack of projects in my IDU. 3. IJPs are just a formality. The manager will not release you and only when you are in bench, you can apply for IJPs. At that time IJPs of matching skill sets may not come. 4.A new joinee (lateral) is kept on bench for a long time. In case there was no requirement , then whats the urgency to recruit. 5. Managers are very arrogant
