~ no variable pay. ~ HRs are friendly. ~ be ready to explore new domains.
Cons
~ Very Bad management. ~ Its like a consultancy company where they send employees to roam around for projects , clear theie interviews and get into the projects. ~ People recruited will rarely work from techM office. Because they will be outsourced to their client's location (local onsite). ~ Not that easy to change projects, domain. ~ Be ready to feel the Bench period. ~ Poorly paid.
