Pros
It was ok when I joined. But due to poor senior management policies and poor resource handling the company seems to be not doing all that well now. Good work life balance if working from client office. If it is in TechM office then it depends on the project.
Cons
Although we see profits coming in during the quarterly reports the employees are not given any hikes. For the past two years hike is very bad and this year employees with experience above six years the hikes have been deferred. No growth for the employee. Promotions are also not given out promptly.
