      - Good Onsite Opportunities with some lobbying - If joining this company join only for onsite. - Growth to a LEAD position happens soon(as everyone keeps leaving and the ones who remain end up being LEADs)

      Cons

      Terrible work culture Too much lobbying/favoritism Almost no hikes for over 3 years(either no hikes or we get a hike of 2-3% yearly!) No employee retention Regular Weekend work Pathetic allowances for extra work(just 200 Rs) Terrible canteen food Employees are like labor here

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
