      Pros

      Good and friendly environment, comparatively more lenient workplace compared to other companies. Product-based organization. good salary for employees with high level of experience.

      Cons

      The salary is low specially if you are a fresher or low-post employee. Also the bond system which is only for freshers can be problematic too.
