Pros
Tech Alchemy is a great company to work for, with stylish offices based in Manchester, London and India. Its a fast-paced environment, keeping things varied and exciting at all times. Whilst the pace may seem a little daunting to begin with, the team are incredibly supportive and the collaborative nature of the company helps everyone achieve their full potential.
Cons
Like every company it has its ups and downs. Some management structure and recently implemented processes/procedures still need a few creases ironed out.
