My experience - Process Associate TecGenome Employee Review

Our company treat everyone equally and look at every employee as a valuable asset. So our company celebrate and appreciate every small achievement of the individual. It runs along with all the employees to achieve the goal, leaving no one behind. The faculty is friendly and extremely helpful in nature. We celebrate every festival with equal joy and happiness. We as a technical team work together and support each other in every project also always up for new learning or technologies which is quite an amazing opportunity for a technical person. So the learning in the curve is a smooth process here.

At times we are supposed to extend our working hours accordingly. But in my opinion, it is impacting in a positive way too by training you for flexibility once in a blue moon..
