Pros

Employees for the most part were nice and willing to help.

Cons

Upper Management is confusing, they have meetings all the time but can not provide basic information that was asked. Very Negative, Micro Managed Managers that are judgemental and make fun of the other employees. If they do not like you, it won't be long before you are asked to leave. Literally saying" You do not fit in our culture" No one knows what is going on, so employees are always upset. Paperwork is not passed through the channels correctly. No consistent training on the new software so it is all a mess for the departments.

Pros

* Well known local brand with strong brand recognition * Opportunity to develop business development and networking skills * Exposure to home services, restoration and service operations * Some talented and hardworking employees throughout the organization

Cons

* Leadership and culture concerns negatively impacted the employee experience. * Decision making often felt reactive, rather than strategic * High pressure environment with inconsistent communication and expectations * Limited opportunities for career development outside of sales production * Employee morale and retention appear to be ongoing challenges Teasdale Fenton is a recognizable brand with strong reputation in the market, but my experience was impacted by cultural and leadership challenges that made long-term success difficult. Employees who thrive in highly driven, fast-paced environments may find opporunities here, but improvements in communication, leadership accountability and strategy and employee development would significantly strengthen this organization.
