Dinners and events were fun

Management takes zero accountability and always finds a scapegoat. Hard to do something you didn’t know about. Problems just roll downhill until they land on the lowest person on the totem pole then that person is thoroughly blamed (even though management is responsible for scope, delegation of duties, etc, any issues they deflect and look to place blame anywhere but with themselves/other managers). Nepotism is prevalent as well.
