Pros
I liked helping the customers. It was the most fulfilling part of the job. I didn't like it as an employee.
Cons
The work was not planned correctly. Priorities changed constantly, leading to terribly stressful and high-pressure situations where employees were exhausted and still had to work brutal hours to chase a deadline. There were adequate human resources, and things wouldn't have been so horrible if the leadership planned right. Sadly, they didn't.
