In my opinion there are no pros

Extremely unprofessional and, above all, uninterested people. HR seems to be nonexistent, they shift the blame from one person to another and avoid contact with employees. They promise bonuses that are never paid, both yearly and quarterly. The workload is not in line with the salary. If you want to preserve your sanity, this is not the company for you.
