      - One person in the product team: the product manager, who has to do everything from discovery, design, strategy, Scrum Master, etc. - Things move slowly, but not as slowly as banks or govt - Dozens of businesses all over the world, so there are lots of integrations and duplications The tech stack is old and clunky but is being improved - UI is from 1792

      some good hardworking people work there

      Cons

      Disorganized. Immature. Lays out a strategy and then changes midstream. Consistently losing top talent to their competition. Decision making process is very slow and sales processes are behind their competitors. They are trying to sell the business and have problems focusing on growing revenue.
