Hiding Behind the Guise of a Business that Cares - Reservations Agent Team Housing Solutions Employee Review

Poor organization for the training of new employees. Previous reviews I read go on about how wonderful the owner is and how much she cares about her employees, yet I never met the woman while I worked there and was let go while on leave for COVID-19 a week after the HR lady told me to take as much time as I needed and that they were all praying for me. Their actions definitely do not match their values.
