Pros
Getting to work on large, exciting brands (if you're liked by management), traveling to different cities to execute projects, festival appearances, work adjacency to celebrities, brand leads, etc.
Cons
The worst version of work/life balance, internal fighting amongst coworkers and leaders, unprofessionalism across the board, no proper onboarding or training to set you up for success, unethical ways of working when it comes to clients, lack of transparency across the internal organization. Concerns that are reported will only be escalated if you are liked and only if it's not against folks that leadership will unfairly protect as they only care about those who bring in money (money which will only go to some peoples bonuses). The people of color at this company are regularly targeted by the white colleagues at this company and you will be policed in ways you could not imagine in a workplace.
