Pros
Friendly athmosphere, great facilities, well-equiped labs, fine working hours, good annual leave scheme, nice canteen, a lot of young people circulating.
Cons
Bureaucracy can eat valuable time, but the biggest problem is the fact that there are no permanent opportunities, or very little. "Contractors will deliver equaly good if not even better" is their main motto.
