Secondly, we appreciate you acknowledging the possibilities around personal development we provide to our teams at Outbrain, as well as for sharing that Outbrain is a good place to work.
As a former employee, you may know, we have many touch points with employees throughout their work experience. Not only with anonymous engagement surveys twice a year, weekly check-ins with managers and quarterly professional development conversations - but also with exit interviews when people leave the organisation. Anything that is raised with management and HR is taken very seriously and action is taken off the back of it.
We would like to invite you to reach out to us in case you wish to share more details about your experience. At Outbrain we have a clear code of conduct and we do not tolerate mobbing. We have a strong sense of community and we thrive to create safe spaces for people to raise their concerns, worries and thoughts freely. As part of this commitment to our values and our employees, we are always vigilant to provide support to any member of our team that flags a concern around a specific behaviour or situation.
