We know there is always room for improvement in different areas of the business,. We were surprised to read your comments regarding our executive and management teams - following our recent Engagement Survey, we scored highly in both of these areas (Management and Leadership), and this was the case on a global level and local level (France). We hope that during your time you felt you could raise this with someone so we could have the opportunity to hear the specifics and have chance to improve where required. Progression and career development is something that we pride ourselves on here at Outbrain, and seeing our employees grow and move into new roles makes us proud as an employer. When we hire new employees and promote members of our teams, this is based on an internal process that relies on merit and fit into a role - we love receiving referrals, but there are many more aspects that we take into account before making these important decisions.
