Although designed to challenge and develop, the resourcer framework can be achieved, and we have seen resourcers reach the top and then move into successful consultant roles. Flexible working, including a change in working hours, can be requested through the correct channels. We review each case individually and work with the requester to achieve the best outcome for both the team member and the business.
