Pros

Lots of shift opportunities, sometimes in advance. The consultants are very nice and understanding. I have managed to gain a wide range of experience and a good stepping stone in career.

Cons

For the company, none, For agency educational work. It is as expected. It's a difficult occupation sometimes.
