Great people to work with, most people who work there are aligned and working to bring educational equity to kids across the country
Cons
CEO is not a great leader, org strategy is constantly changing so people are confused and constantly having to change up what they are doing, it's a lot of swirling to do nothing - action takes a long time with multiple layers of approval
