Pros

The company really leans into creating a strong and driven company culture where you feel part of the successes. This is a performance driven organization and that is felt in every role and throughout the halls, but a company cant be all work and performance, and TM does an excellent job of putting together company events like employee tournaments, new hire socials, holiday parties, and fun and engaging competitions to keep the energy going in the office. I love how connected David Abeles feels to the company, and how much insight is provided into our challenges and achievements. This makes you feel connected to the mission of the company and want to strive for the best performance you can give. The benefits package is robust with multiple offerings and a broad range of auxiliary benefits. Base compensation seems in line with the market, but total comp (PTO, bonus, base, benefits, etc.) outperform. And then there's golf... if you like that sort of thing, and a lot of it! Course and product discounts, spending accounts, company tournaments, product demonstrations, etc.. This has proven to be an excellent place to work.

Cons

Any company of this size that isnt rapidly expanding will struggle to provide promotional opportunities at every level. This is very dependent on the team your report to, but the company does a great job of encouraging internal mobility and getting exposure to other departments to help expand skills and find other passions within TM.

Pros

Community based. Sports first mentality. Consistently challenged. Approachable CEO.

Cons

"Boys Club" environment. If you're not in it, you have ZERO growth. And when you think you're in it, you have 1% growth. Company prefers to run on a skeleton crew at low low annual pay. If a team member leaves the company, they won't replace headcount, they will see if you can carry the workload first.
