My time at Taylormade was good until I realised that the entire management was more immature unprofessional than a group of secondary school girls. In this work environment there is no team, there is no communication from coordinators/management to staff about performances. If you are going wrong, they won’t tell you they will just sack you, even if you’re not actually doing anything wrong.
I’ve never been surrounded by bigger hypocrites in my life than when working there.
In my experience, If a coordinator or manager has a personal reason against you, that has nothing to do with work, they will constantly bring these issues to work and make life as hard as possible for you and will not stop until you are sacked. Coordinators will continuously lie to higher management to accomplish this and because they don’t bother to check facts, work statistics or time sheets, management will take the coordinators word for everything without once speaking to the employees in question. Utter disgrace. In the near year that I worked there I saw continuous harassment from a male coordinator in his 40s to a young 21 year old girl, and management did nothing but protect this despicable man. In the time I worked there multiple people experienced the same unfair and unprofessional treatment that I did. I will never recommend this place of work to anyone, avoid at all costs!
