Best manager. Great founders and awesome culture

Seperation between retail store and ecom team made difficult to coordinate customer service

Free clothing, unlimited PTO, remote

Favoritism is rampant. Highly political. Founder/CEO checked out once he sold his majority share. Chief level management team doesn't care about employee development or growth. There is zero culture and no initiative is taken to foster one. Everyone is doing whatever is required to get by but there is no heart or soul left in the brand. Lots of greenwashing. It was really sad to witness the demise of the brand once the founder checked out and everything fell a part.
