Pros

Communication, support, great team, leadership is approachable and responsive to new ideas and opinions. Our CEO and entire executive board communicates cleary and often and cares about employees, the company, culture.

Cons

This is a large corporation and publicly traded company- there are a lot of standards and expectations that are very rigid, That isn't really a con to me, but for some who might be used to working at smaller/private companies I'm sure it could feel constricting.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
