Pros
Good programme for uni students starting in the industry. Supporting network and getting placed under experienced guys with great technical ability. Reasonable but not delusional pressure regarding project margins. Hours are very reasonable compared to other builders of that size (on site would be 7:30/8 - 5:30)
Cons
On a large $40-80m project with a 18+ month programme you may be pigeonholed into tasks that won't always advance your building knowledge/site experience (admin tasks)
