Hi there, Thanks for submitting your review with us. It’s great to read that your experience has been pretty positive with Taxfix. We’re always trying to encourage and nurture a culture of creativity and openness that hopefully also allows our teams to find that ‘fun’ element in what they do every day. We’re happy that you also picked up on this atmosphere too. Long hours at work can certainly be really tough, and is not something we encourage at all at Taxfix. We want our teams to have a good balance between their work and personal lives and maintain focus on their physical and mental health; some of our benefits are also directly in line with this philosophy and we always advocate for people to have open conversations with their managers on any improvements they want to make on their workload. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic. Taxfix

Hey there, Thanks for your response. Sorry about your brain ;) We'd encourage you to have a conversation with your manager and your wider team about ideas you have to make things move faster- maybe you're the person that can bring the topic to the table and get the ball rolling for a solution! After all, every team can get stuck in its' patterns. We definitely acknowledge the feeling of stagnation that can come with a decision taking a long time to be made, it can be really demotivating. However we'd always encourage people to bring these issues to light and disrupt the status quo if it needs disrupting; every persons' voice in the meeting room is equally important. Thank you, Taxfix
