Toxic work environment. Management through control and fear. Tax professionals are treated like factory workers. Resource managers are given the power to control tax professionals. They even ask you when you go to the restroom and who was in the restroom. They swamped employees with so much work that employees are always catching up. There are days when employees are assigned 7 cases per day. Additionally, the workplace is like a call center where tax professionals have to answer constant phone calls from members. The company used up people then let people go. Don't work here. It's like an assembly line. There are better employers who appreciate your services.
