Pros
The employees there are great people to work with and it was very cool to see how the Principal cares for all her clients and everything she does. Never seen anyone have this much passion towards their clients. The compensation package was generous as well.
Cons
Lots of micromanaging and management doesn't solve problems the right way, they will keep employees because they are "smart" but won't let them go if there have been complaints about them - to say the least, management only cares about the company and not the needs of their employees. All meetings tend to shame the employees in a very harsh manner.
