Pros

By far, most of my fellow coworkers and customers were the best part of my job. We could laugh with one another and complete our jobs at the same time. Because of this- you were willing to put in the extra time required for things to run smooth. Pay and PTO was very good compared to other companies in the area.

Cons

There is much wrong with this company. Very top heavy. Leadership 101: If you spend more time in meetings, you aren't spending enough valuable time managing and making the changes you need to. This company has become all about meetings, all about not listening to it's long time employees and how they could have their jobs improved. There is always a scapegoat lined up. The value of an employee does not exist. After being with the company for many years, it was very sickening to see the company go into the direction that it has.

Pros

Many employees value their positions and come to work ready to contribute and be the trusted partner that the customers demand.

Cons

1. Health Insurance is ridiculously high. I know this solely doesn't fall on the company, and political policy hasn't done any favors for the working class having access to affordable healthcare, but the expense to cover an entire family is outrageous. 2. HR Department is a complete joke. If he doesn't need anything from you, then your phone calls will go unanswered. You may receive a response to your e-mail requests, but don't count on that response email to contain any sort of constructive verbiage. Ironic behavior from someone in that role. Current and former employees alike generally all feel the same the same way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former associates, as it helps us reflect on what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve. We want to respectfully clarify a couple points for readers. Our health insurance premiums have not increased in the past 3 years, and we consistently review our benefits to remain competitive and affordable for associates and their families. That said, we understand that healthcare costs overall can still feel burdensome, and we recognize this is an ongoing concern across many industries. Regarding HR, responsiveness and support are priorities for our organization. Our HR team is committed to assisting all employees, and we take concerns about communication seriously. If an associate feels they were not supported, we encourage them to reach out directly so the issue can be addressed and resolved. We are proud of our associates and the work they do to support our customers every day. We remain committed to listening, improving, and fostering an environment built on respect, transparency and collaboration.
