1. Very slow and lackadaisical attitude of senior management 2. Not willing to invest in technology that will give challenging work to people 3. The lateral hiring in senior positions always leads to tussle between GTs and laterals 4. Very limited opportunities to grow up the levels 5. Very monotonous work with limited opportunities for displaying innovation
