* Ideal for people who think they lack talent. They don't need one here, just a hard worker will do. *Peaceful life if you are anywhere related to MD Neeraj Singhal. *If you have good presentation skills and nothing else, you would surely be noticed by MD *if you have worked in reputed and recognized companies like Tata Steel, Jsw etc, you may be offered twice salary or anything way above market standard. *Tax saving heaven. If you know what I mean :)
Cons
If you found above section motivating enough, then *No Organisation structure. No HR, people who call themselves HR are the ones who prepare salary and evaluate attendence. *Poor salary to freshers. No training and development as such. You would be put directly on job. *Those lucky ones who join at salary - way above market standard salary soon realize the truth about company and start looking for job change in my to find out they wont even get same salary. * MD lack Vision. Senior management takes full advantage of this situation. *You will end up becoming jack of all trades and master of none :) *They tried to bring in freshers from top notch institutes, but jus could utilize them properly. I am one such eg. *Full of old Psu retired people as VP, Sr VP who are unknown to quality working culture companies. *Most Imp: Going through a real bad shape these days financially
