Pros
People at head level are good. Good holiday plans. Some teams are really good and some senior managers are also really good. Some are bad but if you get that bad team, you are stuck.
Cons
I as a fresher was supposed to work under some senior managers. People focus very much on getting compliments from seniors rather than focusing on the work itself. They will do everything in their power to get maximum credibility but when it comes to work no one is willing to take responsibilities. My senior manager was extremely rude and treated me worse than animals. This happened because he was experienced several years and had nil knowledge about tech. He wanted to prove himself best and many times in meetings he made a trap for me to show how things were delayed because of me .When it comes to work completion all the credit will go to seniors. Seniors will very conveniently put all the blame on junior managers once the work is delayed. People here don't want to work and have got a place to settle for a lifetime. All they will do is politics and blame each other for delays. No place for hard working individuals here, but if you are good in playing games and politics then this company for sure is the best place for you. No matter how good you are at your work, but you will always be under your stupid seniors who don't know anything. These seniors will also call people at head level and unnecessarily complaint about you, in order to gain attention towards them but you as a junior don't even think of raising a concern because they know how to come clean. After all this is what they have been doing their entire lifetime. Last but not the least leave in TSL is a myth. They won't hesitate to call you and ask you to attend meetings even on your leaves. This was all about my team and fun fact I can not switch my team until next 2 years because of company policy of minimum experience.
