Pros
The work ethic here is excellent. People around are interactive and ready to help each other. There is a canteen which provides reasonable food as lunch for Rs 5.50/- per day.
Cons
It might get a bit monotonous sometimes or one may be too tired after a day's work. All depends on the person though.
