Pros
Freedom to take up projects of your interest (sometimes we have to do the job we have given irrespective of our interest. Seems fair because we have been recruited for a particular purpose). Better salaries compared to other Steel Companies in India. Very good benefits for employees. a lot of learning opportunities. Safety and ethics are very seriously taken.
Cons
Very slow work culture. Needs a lot of paperwork and permissions even for doing simple things. Growth becomes a bit stagnated after a while. need to push seniors and juniors a like if work is to be done at a faster pace. Locational disadvantage.
