Pros
Training courses if your in with the clique and good benefits such as sick pay and life insurance. Bonus scheme is good but wavering in the current economic climate.
Cons
Bad management and poor decisions. Nepotism rife throughout the company. Bullying managers who have no people skills whatsoever. Poor shopfloor workforce demoralised by the decisions taking place.
