This review is for Tata Digital only. Many cons, not sure where to begin... 1. Work culture is very very toxic 2. Absolute disrespect for women employees who are also full time moms and multitasking 3. Rudeness, trash talking, work politics is the worst here 4. NO coaching, mentoring, empathy, diversity, inclusion which are the pillars and core values of good company culture 5. HR and Tata Group management is oblivious to these issues
