      Great growth opportunity, staff very nice, proud of their company and achievements. Tata puts a premium on their employee's, and community. Will pass on a opportunity if it does not meet their ethical standards

      Cons

      Can be slow in deciding on new opportunities, but once they decide they are committed to the long haul

      Cons

      Most offshore resources aren't competent and unable to complete simple task on time. Management doesn't understand US consulting practices which is embarrassing and make the technical team look bad.
