I am always the last person to know what is happening in the company. The is no training when you come on board, it is learn by the seat of your pants...and as an American working for an Indian company, this proved challenging, although i can now say I have done a good job of absorbing and understanding the corporate culture here at TCS. I am always alone....i miss having personal daily relationships....
