      Not for freshers bro, its pure luck for them here, further the training they provide becomes useless when the person doesnt get the project in the same technology

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
