Pros
Global experience, process oriented, amazing leaders (not all but some), stable company, good work environment, decent compensation package, fairly good internal systems, fairly good support personnel, good senior management connect.
Cons
Still learning to be a TRULY global organisation but has clear plans to be one among the top 10. Every company faces challenges on it's growth path - TCS has it's own but there are proactive actions to address them. TCS is highly people and process driven organisation, so coaching and mentoring is given utmost importance. Change Management is also handled well enough as it continues its path of embracing constant change.
