      Your hard work is never appreciated. No pros at all except salary

      Cons

      Worst management to work with. Least appreciation for hard work, always have to lick the managers to be in good books. Worst feedback mechanism. I would never recommend my enemy to work in this process ever. Not a career building prospect.

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
