      A good start for freshers, to learn, grow and mentor. TCS is always a good place to come back to after few years of experience.. onsite opportunities are more for software developers!

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
