      pay pay and pay poor compensation stagantion after 6 - 7 years middle mgmt sucks majorly promotions or the lack of it

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
