      Laterals have good growth compared to TCS'ers Lotta trainings if u r interested of course

      Cons

      Freshers are treated like dirt, dont join as a fresher. Mgmt is too political, of course it depends on business unit

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
