Pros
Work-life balance Medical coverage for parents Onsite Longer you stay, bigger you become in TCS and benefits(monetary+personal) shall come automatically..but you have to be good in politics and making connections with powerful guys.
Cons
Salary is less but you can equalize it with onsite if you are lucky. Too many processes and bureaucracy Politics increases many fold as you move into management.
