      learning depends on the project allocated to you,if got a good project,you will learn more and can get onsite too but if u get a government project ,your growth will be screwed up.Slow salary increement.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
