      Good first job when you come out of college. lots of opportunities for training and learning new stuff. Frequent onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. management treats employees like 24/7 available. Pay is very poor. No additional benifits. Your life depends on your manager.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
